  1.    Natural failures are defined as equipment issues caused by any environmental element outside the customer's control. If equipment is damaged due to customer negligence, a non-negotiable $75 service fee will be assessed before the equipment is replaced. Larger fees may apply if the damage occurs during the removal, maintenance, or repair of any equipment by outside contractors or subcontractors who are not employed by ECTISP Inc. 
  2.    This information is based on data from Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube. These providers recommend a minimum bandwidth of 15 to 25 Mbps per stream for smooth 4K (UHD) video streaming.

       However, even with this bandwidth, a completely seamless playback experience cannot always be guaranteed. Buffering can still occur due to peak-hour network congestion, heavy household internet usage, or service issues on the streaming provider's end, which are outside of your internet service provider's control.

       If you encounter issues while streaming in 4K, try lowering the video quality to HD (1080p). You can also turn off other connected devices in your home that may be consuming bandwidth. If playback issues persist, check with your streaming provider for potential outages. You can verify service status on websites like Downdetector.com, or contact our customer support team to open a ticket for further investigation.

  3.       To receive a refund of services for these packages, the customer must submit a letter of termination and have all equipment returned to ECTISP in working condition within (7) seven days after the date of termination before a refund can be issued (-) minus any outstanding balance or missing/damaged equipment costs. Please read our service agreement for further details.
